Criminal procedure — Criminal Procedure and Evidence Act [Chapter 59] — section 210 — conviction of a lesser offence with which not actually charged — failure to display vehicle licence and valid certificate of fitness — competent verdicts on charges of failure to keep vehicle licensed and of not being in possession of certificate of fitness, provided no prejudice to accused.
